As I prepare to celebrate my 29th birthday this Friday, I find myself reflecting on the incredible changes and growth that have taken place in my life. One of the most surprising and rewarding experiences has been discovering a newfound “like” for running these past two weeks. If you know me, you know running was never something I’d do willingly on my own ever. However I’ve been craving the urge to run these past two weeks. Im waking up at 7 am like who is this person? Anyways, this unexpected passion has inspired me to create a 30 before 30 list, a compilation of thirty things I’ve never done before but aspire to achieve, including running my first 5k marathon. In this blog post, I want to share my journey, encourage others to create their own lists, and inspire hope for the future.
I can’t help but feel exhilarated about the journey ahead. I believe that life should be filled with exciting experiences and cherished memories. That’s why I’ve decided to create a 30 for 30 list โ 30 things to do before turning 30 โ and I invite you to join me on this incredible ride! Here’s my list below ๐

6. Embrace the unknown: Step out of your comfort zone and try something you’ve never done before. It could be as simple as trying a new sport or challenging yourself mentally.
